삼성전자는 40주년을 맞았고, 그 40주년과 함께 역대 분기최고 실적을 기록했다.
삼성전자의 영업이익이 일본전자회사 9개의 영업이익 총 합의 2배이상이라는 점은 경이롭다.

그들은 문제도 많고 욕도 많이 먹을지 모르겠지만,
그들을 욕하는 사람들보다 열심히 살았고,
욕할점도 많지만 본받을 점이 더 많다.

그들은 그들만의 성공방정식을 가지고 노력하였다.

  • 끊임없이 위기의식을 가지고 자신을 혁신해 나아간다.
  • 최고의 프로세스와 시스템을 구축하기 위해 끊임없이 개선하고 투자한다.
  • 성공의 경험을 계속 전파하고 공유하고 반복해 실천한다.
  • 사업의 기조와 목표가 명확하고, 이를 구성원등과 공유하기 위해 노력한다.

나는 위의 것들이 실제로 “실천” 되고 있다는 점에서 커다란 감동을 받았다.
그들이 1등인 이유는, 자금력과 기술력 때문이 아니고 위와같은 것들이 실천되고있기 때문이 아닌가 생각한다.

그들이 잘못하는 점은 마땅히 비판받아 마땅하나,
